The one that from possible ideas, makes the impossible! Administrator of Territórios Criativos, with more than 10 years of experience in management and dynamization of business incubators. Non-executive administrator of AlgarExperience and Science4you and managing director of GEN Portugal. Responsible for the creation and management of several business incubators in Portugal, such as Mafra & Ericeira Business Factory, Loures INOVA, Alvaiázere+ and Startup Portimão. Was general manager of DNA Cascais and AUDAX – Entrepreneurship Centre of ISCTE-IUL. Luis was the administration president of TEC Labs – Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa. Lecturer at ISCTE-IUL, ISMAT and ISG, where he teaches entrepreneurship, business project and finance. Adviser of several master thesis in the field of entrepreneurship and finance and has articles published, namely in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation and NGO’s. Jury and mentor in dozens of entrepreneurship contests. He specializes in strategic planning, training, entrepreneurship and finance. Leader of several youth organizations, such as UPAJE and Tese. He was a member and is part of the board of National Youth Council and several youth associations.

The eagle’s vision in a sharp-witted coordinator! Project Coordinator at Territórios Criativos and coordinator of the business incubator Alvaiázere+. She’s also the coordinator of the entrepreneurship programs. Coordinated several projects and acceleration programs, such as Tourism Up, in partnership with Turismo de Portugal. Is responsible for the organization of several initiatives and training programs. Trainer and projects’ mentor – development and validation of business models. Worked as a salesperson at Chilli Beans.
Filipa Marques
The Creative Guru, Head of Marketing
Graduated in Marketing Management, by ISCTE Business School, she is the Marketing Manager of Territórios Criativos. Certified trainer in the areas of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Sociocultural Animation and with experience in the area of Design, Communication and social media management, she is in a serious relationship with Photoshop. When not looking for new trends, she collaborates with OF Produções and UPAJE - União para a Acção Cultural e Juvenil Educativa in the areas of circus animation and sociocultural animation. She is Vice-President of the Board of UPAJE, where she has acquired extensive experience in volunteering and boosting leisure time with children and young people.
Mariana Coutinho
Creative Soul, Lead Designer
Mariana is our Lead Designer. Graduated in Graphic Design from the School of Arts and Design in Caldas da Rainha. She is a determined, exploitative and creative woman who likes to seek new ideas and challenges, and that is what brought her to the Territórios Criativos team. The comfort zone is where she does not feel comfortable, which makes her authentic. She believes that constructive criticism is the motivation for her constant evolution and love for what she does. She combines her knowledge in design and empathy, seeking to apply work methods that allow her to create visual solutions that meet the needs and goals of each project.

Entrepreneurship Rockstar, Head of Programs
Graduated in International Relations, in the economic-political field, Jean is our Head of Programs of Territórios Criativos. With extensive experience in Project Coordination, having coordinated projects supported by Turismo de Portugal, namely Tourism UP, Taste UP and Green UP, he is a true star in the Portuguese entrepreneurial ecosystem! People are the locomotive that moves Jean, he believes that getting to know them and listening to them, combined with the impactful work we do is the differentiating factor in their lives.
Rui Rosa
The Young Spirit, Project Coordinator
The Persons' Person! Degree in Human Resources Management at ISMAT and Master's in Pedagogy of eLearning at Universidade Aberta. The only sport he practices is the taste for learning. An “forever young” with a life dedicated to the associative movement (academic, sports, cultural), he was and still is president of several associations. He was a trainer for 15 years and then went on to other work activities, from vigilant to administrative and HR. He has already collaborated in some investigations as a High School teacher and also in the elaboration of articles on Open Educational Resources. He likes to organize events and feedback in order to improve his performance. He defines himself as a peaceful nonconformist and loves working with People!
Miguel Medeiros
Mr. Daredevil, Project Manager
Miguel is a repeater on Territórios Criativos team. Graduated in Public and Social Security at the Universidade Federal Fluminense (RJ-BR) and in Marketing (Instituto Politécnico da Guarda), he started early in entrepreneurship, by creating his first ``company`` at the age of 14. At university, at the age of 18, he founded and was president of the UFF Public Security Academic Association. Miguel grew up in the sport environment, which helped him to value teamwork, the search for constant improvement and the importance of leadership and respect. Brazilian, born in Rio de Janeiro, Miguel loves the world and to meet people, he believes that travelling inspires and it helps to develop creativity. He believes that everything in life is about experience and that learning is what contributes to personal and professional evolution. With a lot of energy, positivity and a big smile he came to reinforce the Territórios Criativos team (again).

Hands On, Project Coordinator
Graduated in Business Organization and Management and with extensive experience as an entrepreneur, he has worked in the last decade as a trainer, consultant and mentor in entrepreneurship projects both in the commercial and social aspects. He has more than 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship programs such as Promoção do Empreendedorismo Imigrante, AUDAX, Projetos Sociais do Programa Escolhas and in the last two years he was a consultant for the United Nations in São Tomé and Príncipe with the mission of promoting entrepreneurship in country. He believes that the diversity of projects and audiences in his career are a factor for individual growth and that working side by side with entrepreneurs enhances the results to be achieved.
Jacinta Jesus
Mother of the Team, Administrative and Logistics Assistant
Considered the mother of the team, Jacinta is a fundamental support for the entire Creative Territories team! Mother of five of yours, adopted us all and there is no request that she not answer. Graduated in education and with extensive experience as an animator, coordinator and director of holiday camps, she traveled the country in search of new experiences, which for her was great, since one of her greatest passions is to travel! It's no accident that you lived in England for 13 years... Before joining us, she was a logistics coordinator at ACM - Associação Cristã da Mocidade, was responsible for logistics and economate at Algarexperience, made the secretariat for the magazine Intervention and was the manager of school programs. And when you can't travel? Give him a book for his hand, which makes his own journey...
